DESIGNED FOR THE REMODELING SALES CYCLE

A useful follow-up system should make room for the person doing the work.

SummitBooked is focused on the details between a homeowner’s first inquiry and your estimate decision: project context, a clear next action, consent-aware follow-up, and a human handoff when the situation is complex.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

Questions owners ask.

What does SummitBooked cover?

SummitBooked brings website inquiries, lead and contact records, status history, booking links, consent-based email follow-up, and workspace activity into one contractor workflow. It does not claim to replace every CRM or connected service.

Which channels can it connect to?

The initial workflow centers on website inquiry capture. Other channels depend on supported integrations and account configuration. We won’t represent SMS, phone, or third-party intake as active unless it is available and connected.

How are follow-up messages handled?

Email follow-up and reminders use consent checks and stop conditions. A person should handle withdrawn consent, sensitive situations, and anything that needs personal judgment.

What are the current offers?

Core is $249 USD monthly or $2,508 USD prepaid for 12 months ($209/month equivalent, 16% off). It includes one workspace, up to three seats including the purchaser, and up to 100 new inquiries per workspace per UTC month on either cadence. The Toolkit is separate at $199 USD one time. Applicable tax is determined at checkout.
