Information used by SummitBooked

Account and session details used to sign in and keep an account session active, including account name and email address.
Workspace membership, invitations, settings, inquiry counts, and records entered or managed by a contractor.
Homeowner inquiry answers and contact details, booking requests or scheduled appointment details, consent choices, and related status history.
Billing and order records such as purchaser, product, cadence, amount, checkout reference, payment verification status, and the terms version accepted for a new checkout.
Outbound email details and delivery status for account invitations, homeowner follow-up or reminders, and product notices sent through the app.
Browser storage used for an inquiry form draft and session continuity. When the deployment enables the Polsia analytics beacon, a random visitor identifier is saved in local storage and sent with a page-view beacon.

How the information is used

The app uses account and workspace information to provide sign-in, workspace access, inquiry and booking workflows, consent-based email features, subscription checks, purchase records, and customer-requested communications.

A homeowner inquiry submitted through a contractor’s form is stored for that contractor’s workspace and can be seen by its authorized users. The contractor may also use the information outside SummitBooked.

Service providers and hosted checkout

Some information is handled by service providers used to host and operate the app, deliver email, provide deploy-enabled platform analytics, or process hosted payments. Payment entry takes place in the existing hosted checkout. SummitBooked stores order and verification records; this notice does not claim that SummitBooked receives or stores full payment-card details.

This notice does not provide a verified provider-by-provider data location or retention schedule.
