The service and your account

Use an account and workspace you are authorized to access. Keep account details current and use the workspace in a way that respects the people whose inquiry and booking information you enter.

Contractors control their own homeowner inquiry forms and workspace records. A homeowner who submits information through a contractor’s form is sharing it with that contractor through SummitBooked.

Current offers

SummitBooked Core is offered at $249 USD monthly or $2,508 USD prepaid for 12 months. Each Core subscription includes one workspace, up to three seats including the purchaser, and up to 100 new inquiries per workspace per UTC calendar month.

The Digital Sales Toolkit is a separate $199 USD one-time purchase and does not require Core. Applicable tax, if any, is determined at checkout. Only the amount and terms shown in the existing hosted checkout apply to that purchase.

Billing and cancellation

Subscription charges are billed in advance for the selected monthly or annual cadence. Cancellation through the account billing portal stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid period. Read the Subscription Billing and Cancellation Policy for the business policy and its qualifications.

A successfully activated paid subscription period is generally not refundable, subject to the exceptions and legal rights described in the Refund Policy.

Information and communications

You are responsible for information you choose to collect through your inquiry form and for using email follow-up only where the homeowner’s consent and the current workspace record allow it. SummitBooked records the account, workspace, inquiry, booking, billing, and email activity needed for the features you use.

Specific service availability, legal outcomes, and business results are not promised by these terms. The product details and limits are those stated in the current offer and account experience.

Policy versions and existing purchases

The policy version shown before a new checkout is recorded with that purchase attempt and its selected product and billing basis. A later website policy edit does not overwrite that acceptance record, change an existing subscription price, or by itself charge a customer.
